Account Aging Policy

MTDA understands that schools must often receive board approval before processing payment. Our account aging policy has been created with this in mind.

After 45 days, an automatic email reminder will be sent from MTDA.

After 75 days of no payment, a representative from MTDA will reach out again via email with a reminder of the past due payment.

After 100 days of no payment, a representative from MTDA will reach out again via email. If no contact or communication has been received from the district, MTDA will reach out to the district clerk and/or superintendent with a phone call.

After 120 days of no payment and in the absence of a payment plan, MTDA reserves the right to remove enrollment privileges in Genius. At this point, the district will not be able to enroll students until past due charges have been paid.
